Even if you're NOT scouted, the stupid thing says you are, and asks to you recommend the person to the Art Portal.... glitch. EDIT - Wait, no, I am still currently un-scouted. Even though I try to accept your art portal invite, I get this response:
"This user already belongs to the portal!"
